Next Steps for Undergraduate and Graduate Students

  • Enrollment Confirmation
    • Go to your to confirm your enrollment.
      • Online undergraduate Psychology students select the confirmation option.
      • All other graduate and undergraduate students pay a specified amount.
  • Financial Aid:
    • (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and include °®¶¹ÉçÇøâ€™s school code 013659.
    • Receive an Offer Letter from our Financial Aid Office.
    • Schedule time with ourÌýÌýif you have questions about your aid package.
    • Technology Set-up

      • ÌýMandatory – Online – Monday, August 10 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMÌý MST
      • Mandatory –Ìý In-person ColloquiaÌý – Thursday, August 13 and Friday, August 14Ìý 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (breakfast begins at 7:30) Saturday, August 15 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 noon (breakfast begins at 7:30).Ìý Optional activities form 12:00 noon – 4:30 PM.
    • PhD Sustainability Education
      • ÌýOnline Orientation – Monday, August 17 – Wednesday, August 19 from 11:00 – 2:00 MST each day.
    • All other graduate programs
      • Online orientation Thursday, August 13 at 5:30 PM MST.
  • On-Campus Undergraduates: Additional Items
  • Submit the following items through yourÌý:
  • Vaccination Record (This is different from the medical form mentioned above.)
  • Enrollment Form
  • Health Insurance – waive or purchase
  • Final Official Transcripts
    • Submit your final official transcripts sent directly from the school (electronically or by mail).
  • Undergraduate Students
    • First-time freshmen and transfer students with fewer than 15 transferable credits – a high school transcript indicating graduation date.Ìý
    • Transfer students – college transcripts from all colleges attended.
  • Graduate Students
    • Master’s – college transcript from where you earned your bachelor’s degree, and any other transcripts you want reviewed for transfer credit.
    • PhD – college transcript from where you earned your post-baccalaureate degree, and any other transcripts you want reviewed for transfer credit.
